Christianly driving advice from a nun |

Those who know me well enough know I tend to drive as close to the
legal limits as possible. This will generally seem rather boring to
most people, driving at 59 kph through a long empty village on a
straight road that seems to be invinting you to race is hard to bare
for most.
Coming back from Herculane we picked up a hitch-hiking nun from Targu
Jiu. Yes it's not a typo... a NUN, the kind you see in monasteries. I
will not go into Why I did that, the circumstances were such that
everybody agreed it was the thing to do.
Long story short, after a couple of villages and after I explained I
intend to not exceed 59 kph inside towns and villages she said: "Yes, I
myself drive a car at our monastery but you know there's no need to
drive THAT slow. There are also nice people who will flash you with
their headlights when there are police radars about".
