We (Costi & Myself) were planning to go camping this weekend. It didn't quite play out as planned but I'm not the man to mind too much. Yesterday morning the sunny, hot weather we had gotten accustomed to was replaced by a monsoon-like storm with gale force winds, heavy rain, hale, thunders and lightning. The storm seemed to go away several times only to come back stronger.
After lunch the sky cleared and it was all nice and sunny again. We decided to drive to Cheia anyway, even though we weren't planning on spending the night there anymore. On the way we stopped in Urleta at the Cherry Festival and we visited the Zamfira Monastery. Around 9:30 pm we arrived in Predeal through Brasov. I spent the night playing guitar with Andrei until about 4:00 am.
Today we all had a nice relaxing walk through Predeal so I guess it turned out to be a really good weekend despite the discouraging start.
