The Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church, IPS Teoctist, died on Monday morning. May he rest in peace. He was a good man.
As I'm not really the church-going type, the reason I'm writing about this is that when I woke up this morning 8 out of 30 Romanian channels were broadcasting the funeral service. That's almost one in three and I've counted the music channels in the total number.
