Among conference workshops and presentations I actually took a few hours of my time today to go to the BNR Arena to watch a few matches of the Romanian Tenis Open (BCR Open Romania).
I was so tired I dozed off for most of the second match. The important thing is that our Romanian player beat his French adversary and made it to the finals.
Also in the end of the day Ilie Nastase teamed up with football player Adrian Ilie to confront his old friend Bahrami, teamed up with football player Dan Petrescu. This was of course just a demonstration game intended to be fun. It was! Very funny and very entertaining!
LATER EDIT: Romanian tenis player, Victor Hanescu, lost the finals on Sunday to French player, Simon.
