After a brief but very fulfilling stay in Vrsac we returned to Romania,
following the road through the gorges of the Danube opposite the one we
had travelled just a day before.
We arrived late last night and one of the highlights of the trip through the gorges was seeing the statue of Decebal's head in the moonlight.
We ate so much these past couple of days that I'll probably need a week
to recover. It must be something about Banat because on either side of
the border people seem to practice a sort of "extreme hospitality".
