By now you've probably figured out that whenever I go "missing in action" for a few days it's either due to too much fun or too much work. This time around it's actually both, but as I don't like to tell sad stories about why I'm writing this post at 5:00 am during a 5 minute break from work I'll focus on the positive side of the past couple of days.
One of the highlights of the weekend was a short hike up to the Rasnov fortress. You might say to yourself "walking from a parking lot to the locked gate of a castle doesn't seem like much to talk about". However, let me state that things change slightly when the walk in question takes place just after midnight, in the dark, with someone telling you stories of young girls murdered by satanists in the woods around you.

Thank you, Carmen, for the initiative and the excellent story telling.
